Panic Away: An eBook review

panic away testimonial

Medication was the only solution anyone could offer me for the daily struggles I was having with anxiety. But I wanted to be rid of my anxiety altogether, not just treated for it besides a lot of people warned me about the side effects of medication. As such a number of natural techniques that offer to eliminate anxiety and the panic attacks they cause are becoming popular.

One digitally available product that seemed to be getting a lot of good feedback was Panic Away. I decided to give this product a try to see if it was as good as all these people said it was.

The system was invented by Joe Barry who had also suffered from panic attacks in the past. He invented this technique to cure panic attacks because he was as frustrated with the idea of just being treated with medication for the rest of his life as I had been. Panic Away is the result of his work and, I was happy to find out, it works!

Unlike most products Panic Away is able to boast a complete effectiveness rating.

The technique did not just reduce my panic attacks, it got rid of them from my life. Joe Barry’s technique did this by attacking the primary cause behind my anxiety, the fear of the anxiety itself.

Panic Away was able to radically restore my self-confidence by helping me to restore my own sense of calm by utilizing modern psychology. Panic Away also deserves credit for not using the time worn techniques of ‘deep breathing,’ or ‘distraction,’ which take a lot of time and rarely provide escape from the condition once and for all.

Positive aspects of Panic Away

It’s all natural.

It is a very simple and easy method to use.

It was much cheaper than going to a doctor.

It didn’t force me to avoid situations that I had trouble with in the past.

Cons of Panic Away

The technique did take a small amount of time to learn.

It does require implementation at certain times in my life, but it is so quick I barely notice I’m doing it anymore.

Final Words

By breaking the self regulating cycle of panic attacks Panic Away freed me form the condition that had so affected my life. This means that by using Panic Away I was able to reduce my anxiety and the number of panic attacks I was getting while continually moving towards escaping the reason behind my condition.

For anyone suffering from anxiety the row of medical supplements at the drug store probably looks as daunting and dangerous to you as it did to me. But Panic Away offers something else, a natural method for dealing with panic attacks that can end the cycle of anxiety causing them in the first place, once and for all.

New Science Fiction at its Epic Best – Three Great New Books That Will Push Your Mind to the Limits…

So what do you get when you throw together AI’s, VR, cyborgs, drug lords, pirates, aliens, and two homegrown 20-somethings just out trying to steer clear of trouble? Throw in a little cloak and dagger, a hired killer gunning for them, and a full flegeded rebellion to top it all off, and the plot gets even thicker. Part swashbuckling adventure, part love story, part deadly serious intrigue, and part just plain true science fiction, the story just gets better the deeper you go into it.

Introducing the Hellzai Trilogy, a brand new series out from http://www.EvergreenMountainPublishing/, an epic science fiction masterpiece that pushes the limits of science fiction into new and exciting territory!

But this story is more than just simple science fiction. It’s the tale of a quiet, weary, long-haul freighter pilot with a past he’d rather forget, and the beautiful young woman running for her life that he picks up along the way, reluctant daughter of a ruthless baron. It’s the gut-wrenching story of how two people find love and comfort together while surrounded by ashes, conflict, betrayal, and heartache. And it’s the story about the decisions they must face in the continuing battle between good and evil.

Keep in mind though, that even though it is generally classed as science fiction or even space opera, this story goes beyond that, with shades of action-suspense, supernatural horror, and just plain old mystery thrown in for good measure. As you turn the pages of these three new classics by T. Russell Benedict, you will go from righteous anger and nail-biting suspense, to emotional tears, laughter, and eventually, satisfied resolution.

So come follow these two individuals as they live out their lives in the shadows of a galaxy thrown into chaos, in a place where people live their entire lives in Virtual Reality, where pirates raid the deep space frieght-lanes, and where Artificially Intelligent computer programs live in the net. Ultimately, one man and woman must leave their pasts behind and move forward in a new life together, while accepting the heavy mantle of destiny upon their shoulders. Come taste the metallic, gritty dust in the air on Kamen with them, or smell the salt-water breezes on Kia. Experience the quiet green forests and lush jungles of Tertia, and find your way through the cold, busy, grey steel halls of Loran Minor. Or if ‘breathtaking’ is more to your liking, get lost in the crystal caverns and towering forests of Doria, and marvel at the exotic beauty of the Killian trojan point star system. And if you’re really brave about it, ambush pirate patrols outside stargate twenty-two with them and then dodge the prison searchlights on Scarat.

Hopes, dreams, betrayals, and deceptions, it’s all here, along with drug kings, pirates and monsters, terminators, angels and demons, and a lone wolf, a rich brat, and a starcruiser. And a whole lotta of empty space. Could you survive in a universe gone crazy?

Fascinating New Book Reveals A Hidden Side of God

It’s not something that everyone gives much thought to, the innocent nature of God. But according to the author T. Russell Benedict, it’s intrinsic to the very character of God Himself. But what does it actually mean?

Among other things, innocence includes being free from guilt, free from negative intentions, and in some ways, even freedom from even the knowledge of evil. Do these ideas apply to the Creator? They certainly do!

To get a deeper grip on the very nature of innocence, the author then takes us into the innocence of the children, and how they react to things around them. And by drawing parallels between them, he reveals for new aspects to the nature of God as well, and why He sometimes does the things He does that don’t make sense at first glance.

So given that God has this innocent side of his nature, how does it affect how He deals with Mankind in general? Can understanding this innocence add to our understanding of His overall character? Can we gain a deeper understanding of His holiness, mercy, and love? Will it help us better understand His ideas of Justice, Fairness, and even Jealousy? The undeniable answer is Yes!

Can His innocence describe why He created us, why He created Satan, why He created Hell, and even why He chose to allow His son to die a cruel death on Earth? This answer is YES as well.

But then the author takes us to the nuts of bolts of his discussion. How should we respond to this innocence in the being of God? What response should this produce in us? If God is actually innocent by nature as suggested in this book, does He really deserve to receive all the anger, hate, and callous disrespect that people dish out on Him every day? Would we do the same to a child?

This book, available at http://www.TheInnocenceOfGod.com in both ebook and paperback, challenges some of the very ways we think about God. You can’t read this discussion without having at least a few new insights of your own. It’s the kind of book that leaves you pondering its message, long after you finish it. It belongs on the library shelves of every person who wants to better understand God and how He interacts with us every day.

A Review of a Marketing Book that Takes Ideas From the Past and Updates Them for the Future

I’m going to do this review in reverse and tell you right now that Cunningly Clever Marketing by Andrew Wood is a must be on the desk. Anything you need to know about marketing is in this book and I’m shocked that these books are still in stock in Amazon. As of this writing they say there are only 2 left but more are on the way.

Now on to the review of the book. I got asked to read this book by an associate of mine. He had received a copy of the book for free by the people who actually run the Cunningly Clever Marketing operation. They approached him and asked him to write a complete review of the book and place it on his website to generate some interest since the book was just released earlier this year. Before he posted the evaluation he wrote on the website that he recently created, he wanted me to take a look at the book from and see what I thought about it. Well I have read the Cunningly Clever Marketing and will be disappointing him by posting a review of this marketing book on my website before he gets it on his own site! First person to have the content on their website gets the most points right?

Anyway, the book is amazing. I’ve read a lot of marketing books from all of the greats. Books like Ogilvy on Advertising, The 22 Immutable Laws of Branding and The Book of Gossage; they all set the standard which all new small business marketing books are judged against. Well, add a new book to that list because Cunningly Clever Marketing deserves its rightful place right next to David Ogilvy and the rest of the marketing greats.

Why is this book so good? Well for one it takes all of the marketing strategies that have worked in the past and puts them into individual small chapters that are extremely easy to read and understand. Almost every chapter in this marketing book is no longer then two or three pages, but what an unbelievable two or three pages they are.

Another reason this book is great is just the writing style of Andrew Wood. The book is self published so there are spelling mistakes like most self published titles, but Andrew’s writing style flows well and it is like the book is actually speaking to you. When I finished reading this book I felt like I spent a day in a marketing hospital and had an IV in me dripping pure marketing information.

Andrew Wood has definitely earned the title of “Marketing Legend” and everyone who is in the profession of marketing or advertising needs to read this book because this internet marketing book has just become standard reading criteria. This book will not only be a great help to people who are already in the marketing industry, but also people who run a local businesses or really any other type of company. So what are you all waiting for? Go to Amazon, order the book, and get reading and using the extraordinary marketing ideas and marketing plans inside of this book!

Satisfying FeedBack on Dental Health Book

stop gingivitis

Today, I received a very gratifying phone call. It was from a man who has read my book on gum disease. He said that it was very good and that it has helped him a lot. His gum tissue is becoming healthier, he said it is really working.

I can not begin to tell you how important it is for an author to get this kind of feedback. This is particularly true for a non-fiction work. The topic is no game and it is not the construction of a fantasy world. Therefore, when people get real world benefit, it is very satisfying.

This man told me about how he had solved his problems with heart disease and glaucoma in the past. He is very alternative health oriented and quite aware of what is out there. We talked a good deal about health care and how it is delivered and how very valid and powerful therapies seem to be buried from the mainstream.

Things are changing however. With the Internet it is possible to spread knowledge that would have remained in very isolated pockets in the past. However, to create a paradigm shift is not something that is easily accomplished.

It takes the efforts of many, many people most of the time. Unfortunately, that old saying: "You don’t know what you don’t know", is very true.

This is one of the major drawbacks to being human: You cannot see or know it all. That means we all can easily become the victims of our own lack of knowledge. I believe that the book, Zhuan Falun, touches on this truth in it’s opening statement.

Some of the tools that I have found useful in my struggle against gum disease are the Hydro Floss oral irrigator and a water ozonator. When you purchase a HydroFloss be sure to shop around for the best deal.

The Story Behind the Book Sensation a Christmas Box – Book Marketing

Book Marketing on a Budget

Richard first ‘released’ his book A Christmas Box in December of 1992 but in February of the following year people he was still receiving orders for this book. So he decided it was time to publish the book but one-by-one publishers rejected it. Frustrated, Richard decided to self-publish his book and initially printed 7,000 copies.

Now most books do not even sell 5,000 copies so this was a bold move. He finally found a local agent willing to market his book who enthusiastically told him:

“We think you’re going to do really well. We think you might sell as many as 3,000 copies.”

Richard felt a sinking feeling inside. What was he going to do with 4,000 books?

Article writing is essentially marketing a product or website via the medium of articles written on the Internet. It can be done for free, as most article directories will allow you submit quality content to their databases for free.

All article marketing books agree that It’s a great way to get exposure to a product/website as normally article directories have great rankings with major search engines such as Google, and they also have thousands of loyal follows always look for information. Article directories such as Ezinearticles.com will in most cases allow you to submit a free article that could potentially rank on the front page of Google very fast if you have done a few of the basic article writing principles.

In the end Bantam Press & Simon & Schuster were the front runners both had bids on the table that were in excess of $4 million dollars. Richard decided to go with Simon and Schuster – much to Bantam’s disappointment. He was given an advance of $2 million dollars and the hardcover version of the book was released by Simon and Schuster in 1995.

A Christmas Box went on to be the first book to simultaneously reach the coveted No. 1 position on the New York Times bestseller lists for both the hardcover and softcover versions. To date over 8 million copies of this book have been sold and it has also been turned into a movie of the same name starring Richard Thomas and Maureen O’Hara.

When it comes to choosing the right books make sure you don’t fall for the hundreds of scams out there promising that you can make thousands of dollars overnight. There are many techniques to article marketing, but there is one that has been proven time and time again. Any true article marketing will adhere to this technique because it’s proven. Nineteen Minutes by Jodi Picoult – Book Review

Book Reviews

It is a testament to the skill of an author who can take what is possibly the most egregiously sensational material and produce a work of fiction both measured and compassionate. Jodi Picoult has succeeded in doing just that with Nineteen Minutes, her 2007 novel about a Columbine-like school shooting.

The book starts with the shooting, or its immediate aftermath. From there the question the book centers on is not who did it – eyewitnesses identify 17-year-old Peter Houghton-but on why. What Picoult does so brilliantly, as she has in her previous 13 novels, is to sharpen our focus on the elemental ordinariness of the families and students involved, perpetrator and victims alike.

Family relationships form the core of this story-a Picoult trademark, as she has always been willing to probe the fallible division between nature and nurture. We peer into the before-and-after lives of Lacy and Lewis Houghton, Peter’s parents, who are loving but often ineffectual. We work our way into the lives of Josie Cormier and her single mother Alex. Alex is a judge, a role she has always found easier than that of being a mother.

The second and far more serious obstacle for Henry and Keiko is the country’s xenophobia in the wake of Pearl Harbor. It doesn’t matter that Japanese Americans think of themselves as Americans first and, as Keiko insists, many like herself were born in American hospitals, speak no Japanese, and feel no allegiance toward Japan. Suspicion of Japanese spies and saboteurs is pervasive. And it gives nothing away in this story to say that Keiko and her family become victims of that suspicion.

The plot’s conflict also reflects tension between career and family. Kate and Tully came of age during the first wave of feminism when those competing choices were front and center for women. What gives this book its immediacy-and poignancy-is that the issue has yet to be resolved. Witness Judge Sonia Sotomayor, who by her own admission feels an emptiness in her personal life-the result of sacrifices made in pursuit of a top-flight legal career. It’s hard not to notice that the same choice-family vs. career-has been required by few to none of her male peers.

There are a few disappointments with this book to be sure. Picoult falls back on some chintzy cliffhangers-she’s way too good a writer, and this story is far too compelling, for her to pull those tricks. Some of the dialogue is not always believable, too clever by half. And, really, are adults that obtuse that they can ‘t see what’s under their noses?

Nonetheless, Picoult does the near impossible-building a character in Peter of great sympathy. We see both his struggle and at the same time his moral complexity. There are no judgments here, just explanations-to which all of us could pay heed
